Explore and Achieve Various Member Tiers with Natural Beauty Membership Program
- To become NB members, start with a minimum spending of RM500.
- The calculation of the customer spending for membership levels starts from January 1, 2024. Once the spending is met, membership upgrades will be completed in the same month.
- The reward period for membership levels is 12 months starting from the month of upgrade.
- If a member upgrades again during the reward period of the membership level, they will enjoy the membership rewards based on the new membership level for the next 12 months from the month of upgrade.
- After the end of the reward month for the membership level, if the member fails to meet the original spending amount, they will automatically be downgraded to the appropriate membership level based on the new customer spending.

Joining the Natural Beauty Club is simple and seamless. To become a member, you can sign up as Natural Beauty member with a minimum spending of RM500 in a single receipt.
Your membership status will seamlessly upgrade as soon as your accumulated spending reaches the threshold required to unlock greater privileges.
Your membership will remain valid for a duration of one year from the date of signup, upgrade, or renewal, ensuring you enjoy uninterrupted access to exclusive benefits and rewards within the Natural Beauty Club.
Points will be earned when you start to make any spending/ purchases. Every RM1 spent earns you 2 points.
Once you've amassed a minimum of 1000 points, you have the option to redeem them for products or services. In the event that your points fall short, you may need to make an additional payment to cover the remaining balance. Every 200 points equals RM1.
Membership points are exclusively designated for use within your membership and cannot be transferred or exchanged with others.
